The Human Resources Generalist will assist with greeting all colleagues and applicants while maintaining the day-to-day administrative function of a highly active Human Resources office. Responsibilities will include maintenance of incoming calls, walk in inquiries, special projects, maintenance of the office environment including administrative responsibilities and assisting with general benefit issues. Additionally, this person will support and assist with recruiting, the welcoming and onboarding of new hires, maintaining files and providing support for the employment process. The ideal candidate for the human resource manager position will have experience in all areas of the Human Resource function. The position responsibilities require previous experience in providing benefit information, compensation recommendation, recruitment and retention, employee/ labor relations, counseling, safety compliance and training/development. This position will report to the Director of Human Resources. This person must have the ability to run a human resource office in the Director's absence.

• •Must be proficient in general computer knowledge, HR system knowledge a plus

• Refined verbal and written communication skills
• 2 or more years of human resource experience preferred
