Key Responsibilities:
•Recruitment: Post open positions, review applicants, collaborate with department managers, conduct background screenings, and draft offer letters.
•Job Fairs & Marketing: Partner with local schools, attend job fairs, and manage recruitment platforms like Instagram, Indeed, and LinkedIn.
•Onboarding & Training: Coordinate new hire orientation and service training programs.
•HR Operations: Maintain employee data in HRIS, manage status changes (e.g., new hires, separations, promotions), and track compliance for licenses (e.g., food handler, lifeguard).
•Affirmative Action: Oversee the Affirmative Action Plan to support diversity and inclusion.
•Community Relations: Support partnerships with local schools and organizations (e.g., Hands-On @ Hyatt, Coachella Valley High School - Hospitality Program).
