What you will do as a Head Bartender

•To attend any meetings as reasonably required by management, including out of hours.

•To participate in cross / multi-skill training within the department or any other departments as deemed appropriate by management.

•To provide friendly, courteous and professional service at all times.

•Maintain a good working relationship with colleagues and other departments.

•Report for duties wearing the correct uniform and strictly adhering to company grooming standards

•Be flexible and extend job duties to carry out any other reasonable duties within the job capacity as required including re-deployment to alternative departments if required, to meet business demands and service needs.

•Contribute to the building and maintenance of efficient team spirit.

•To respect hotel property and work according to instructions, to minimize breakage, loss, damage, and other costs to Andaz Hotel.

•To uphold good housekeeping practices, to ensure a safe, hygienic and pleasant working environment

•To adhere to any and all legal requirements necessary.

•To work within the team and help where required within the business.
