Guest Services Attendants play a key role in making sure our guests have a smooth and memorable experience. This hybrid position combines the responsibilities of a Front Desk Agent and a Bell stand Attendant, requiring an individual who is passionate about providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities include but are not limited to handling check-ins, check-outs, guest inquires, payment processing, assisting guests with luggage and providing guests general information regarding the hotel. It's important to ensure that guests are comfortable with accommodations and are familiar with room offerings and features. This highly visible role gives opportunity for casual conversation and hotel or local recommendations.
