We are looking foran energizing and confident Guest Service Officer to join our Front Office department and help lead the way in creating memorable guest experiences! THE ROLE
• Check-in and check-out of guests
• Cashiering and Answering incoming calls to the hotel
• Coordinating and programming wake up calls
• Assisting guests with general guest enquiries
• Arrival report updating and room allocation
• Handling guest feedback and resolving any complaints
THE PERSON
• High level of grooming and personal presentation
• High level of both written and verbal communication
• Flexibility to work a variety of shift s including early mornings, late nights, weekends and public holidays
• Previous experience with Opera is advantageous
• Full Open Drivers License within Australia highly desirable
• Legal working rights in Australia
