Summary
Set in the luxurious Adirondack-style Main Lodge of The Chatwal Lodge, Catskills, our Guest Service Hosts are responsible for partnering with our Front Service team to provide a luxury guest experience.
As a boutique, luxury property with 14 keys, the guest services team at The Chatwal Lodge is a tight-knit and dynamic group and utilizes team-style service each day. Candidates will be expected to participate in all areas of Front Office and work closely with all teams. You will be trained to be an expert on the property, guest rooms and activities to help guide an amazing guest experience.
Duties & Functions:
•Greet guest arriving/ departing guest.
•Assist with guest luggage and vehicles.
•Provide guest with orientation of the property and its activities/amenities.
•Provide guest with orientation of guest room and its amenities.
•Drive guests around property via golf cart and house car.
•Book activities and dinner reservations on behalf of the guests.
•Ensure public spaces are neat and tidy.
•Other duties as assigned by management.
Position is seasonal with the potential to become year-round, part time or full time and starting pay at $19.00 per hour and based on experience.
