Guest Experience Host is a highly visible role that will require you to be the face of our Grand Hyatt. Hosts have a huge impact on the guest experience. They must be knowledgeable about the hotel and airport information as well as surrounding areas. Hosts perform a variety of tasks. The primary responsibilities include but are not limited to greeting and escorting guests, handling guest luggage, performing check-in and check-out, responding to guest requests, and inquiries, and effectively solving guest concerns.
This is an hourly position with a compensation of $26.57 per hour.
