Key resposibilitues of the role:

Handle internal and external phone calls, providing high-quality service aligned with brand standards and addressing requested information efficiently.
Foster respectful and cooperative relationships with the hotel's external providers, always prioritizing guest satisfaction as the primary objective.
Stay up to date with the hotel's products, services, and scheduled events, ensuring all relevant information is refreshed daily.
Adhere strictly to confidentiality policies regarding guest information (PMS, Reservation, and Guest Request Systems).
Assist the Front Office Management team with other tasks related to guest satisfaction
