Guest Service Agents are responsible for the guest registration process and communication of hotel services and promotions. This highly visible role gives opportunity for casual conversation and has a direct impact on creating the guest experience. Other duties may include processing forms of payment and responding to guest inquires. You'll be the face of Hyatt as a Guest Service Agent. If you have worked at other Hotels as a front desk clerk or you have an interest in hotel clerk jobs, we'd love to hear from you!

The hourly range for this position is $26.47/HR - $33.09/HR.

The candidate for this role must have open availability and be available to work a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Refined verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
