As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the welcoming face of the resort-responsible for creating a positive first impression and supporting each guest throughout their stay.

This highly visible role involves guest registration, payment processing, answering inquiries, and sharing knowledge about hotel services and local attractions. It's a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy guest interaction and thrive in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests and complete check-in/check-out procedures.
Accurately process payments and maintain secure cash handling procedures.
Respond to guest inquiries and requests with professionalism and efficiency.
Promote hotel services, features, and local area attractions.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area.
Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Uphold all Hyatt policies, standards, and procedures.

Qualifications

Refined verbal and written communication skills
