Description
The Driskill Hotel opened its doors in 1886 as one of the most luxurious Texas hotels in its day. Part of the 1929 addition to the hotel, the Driskill Bar offers a relaxed atmosphere to enjoy signature cocktails, fine wines and live music.
The Seasonal Food and Beverage Supervisor is responsible for assisting with overseeing the Food and Beverage Outlets within the hotel. Responsibilities may include serving, bussing tables, seating guests, as well as assisting Managers with scheduling and training, ensuring compliance with federal, state and local laws as well as all operating procedures.
Previous serving/bartending experience is required for this position, and it also requires open availability as the selected candidate will provide support for The Driskill Bar. Evening, weekend and holiday availability is required for this role with shift start times beginning at, or after 4pm. This is a seasonal position with an end date of January 31st, 2025.
This is a great opportunity for anyone looking to gain leadership experience, hoping to turn their previous Serving or Bartending skills into a Supervisory role.
