We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our food and beverage outlets, maintaining high standards of product quality and service. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills, and will support senior leadership by taking on essential management responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate a team of associates, providing coaching, direction, and support.

• Assist in the development and implementation of training programs.

• Manage scheduling, payroll, and interviewing processes.

• Serve as the liaison between culinary and restaurant operations to ensure seamless service.

• Maintain and enforce high standards of food and beverage knowledge and service.

• Contribute to the overall performance of the outlet, focusing on product quality and service excellence.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within the food and beverage industry is preferred.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Fundamental knowledge of food and beverage operations.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
