1. Fully embrace and understand Hyatt Hotels Corporation's people-centered corporate culture - do what you say you will.
2. Responsible for the administration of F&B, assisting in the formulation and implementation of all plans for F&B operation, and responsible for achieving the department's operating income and profit targets.
3. Continuously look for ways to manage the restaurant to maximize turnover and profit.
4. Proficient in Chinese food skills and management skills to ensure that the management teams, banquets and products of each restaurant meet the needs and development trends of the market.
5. Direct subordinates to ensure that productivity levels meet Hyatt design standards and Hyatt Hotels Corporation F&B Operations Manual requirements.
6. Regularly check the food and drinks of each restaurant, and strictly or even harshly check the quality of food and drinks.
7. Establish and maintain good customer relationship with guests, timely deal with guest complaints and meet the various service requirements of guests in catering.
8. Make regular visits to the restaurants (especially during peak hours) to ensure optimal management and operation of the restaurants.
9. Understand the laws and regulations regarding employee and industry relations, understand and strictly abide by the rules and regulations in the labor contract and employee handbook, as well as the hotel's policies on fire prevention, hygiene, health, safety and emergency management.
10. Demonstrate responsible management and behavior at all times and represent the hotel management team and Hyatt Hotels Corporation in a positive light.
11. Ensure that each employee understands and strictly follows the rules and regulations in the labor contract and employee handbook, as well as the hotel's fire, hygiene, health, safety and emergency management policies.
12. Implement efficient payroll management/resource allocation by establishing flexible staffing throughout the department. This will be based on a flexible employee base (full-time and temporary), multi-skill and multi-task principles.
13. Ensure that all staff provide friendly, courteous and professional service and ensure guest satisfaction at all times.
14. Respond to needs, changes and perform any reasonable tasks and additional responsibilities in accordance with hotel, industry and company guidelines.
