The Food & Beverage Manager is responsible for oversight of day to day processes and colleagues of the hotel's Food & Beverage division consisting of the Food & Beverage Outlets- Escala Provisions Co. Restaurant and Market as well as the banquet operation. The primary duties of this role would include but are not limited to resolving guest concerns, scheduling, coaching and counseling, maintaining department standards, staff development, interviewing/hiring, payroll and supporting the team members within these respective areas. The Food & Beverage Manager is also responsible for maximizing food & beverage revenue, controlling expenses, and driving the highest level of customer service and scores. This individual conducts department meetings and pre-shifts to maintain open communication with colleagues.
***This is an hourly management position based on a 45-hour work week***
