Description
The Facility Attendant is a dynamic and versatile position within the Housekeeping Department that combines the responsibilities of a Public Area Attendant and a Guest Request Runner. This role is critical to maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of various hotel areas and ensuring a welcoming and comfortable experience for all guests.
The ideal candidate must be energetic, detail-oriented, and committed to upholding Hyatt's high cleanliness standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: The Facility Attendant will work throughout the hotel in various areas as assigned each day. Some of these duties include, but are not limited to, the following:
Public Area Cleanliness: Clean and sanitize Front of House and Back of House areas, including bathrooms, pool, elevators, fitness center, lobby, hotel entrance, etc.
Guest Services: Deliver guest request items promptly and efficiently, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction.
