As a member of this team, you will be responsible for the assistance with duties of Executive officers of the company to ensure that the end-to-end vision of the company is realized. By communicating effectively and in a diplomatic fashion, the successful candidate will be instrumental in helping to achieve success for ALG Vacations Corp. This role is located in our Milwaukee, WI office.
Essential Functions:
- Assisting Corporate Legal Counsel by typing appropriate documents with speed and accuracy and maintaining the typed documents for perusal.
- Manage individual and business insurance licenses.
- Manage invoices for processing of payment to our vendors for Legal.
- Control and manage confidential information on corporate development activities.
- Building strong rapport with individuals at all levels of the organization internally as well as externally with outside contacts.
- Support the daily business operations of the Executive team to support the continued growth of ALG Vacations Corp.
- Schedule executive meetings and ALGV Town Hall meetings.
- Manage and coordinate business travel and prepare expense reports.
- Work with HR on the Donation Committee.

Qualifications:- High School diploma required.
- A minimum of two to three years of experience of executive level support in a busy office environment required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent computer skills.

The salary range for this position is $80,900-$85,000.
The final pay rate/salary offered to the successful candidate will depend on experience, skill level and other qualifications for the role, as well as the location of the performance of work. Pay for the successful candidate will meet local requirements, including the local minimum wage rate.
