We're seeking an Events Chef to join our vibrant team at The Club at Spruce Peak! This position offers an exciting blend of event planning and culinary mastery. You'll work alongside a talented team, assisting with Club member events, property-wide banquets, golf tournaments and specialized meals-all while maintaining the high standards The Club at Spruce Peak is known for.
This Role Will Include:
• Collaborating with our dynamic culinary team to create unforgettable events.
• Showcasing your creativity by preparing and presenting dishes for member events, banquets, and golf tournaments.
• Bringing your flexibility to manage special events and adjusting your schedule to meet the needs of a fast-paced environment.
• Supporting restaurant operations during quieter periods at either the Alpine Clubhouse, Stowe Country Club or Stowe Mountain Course, including a la carte prep and service as needed.
• Maintaining our reputation for quality while working efficiently to meet event timelines.

Qualifications
Culinary College degree and 3-5 years of cooking experience in a fine dining restaurant or in catering/ events/ wedding industry or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
