Join us for this incredible opportunity to be part of our Event Services team as an Event Services Lead (Banquet Captain) Full-Time at Hyatt Regency Houston-Downtownlocated in Houston, TX.

The Banquet Captain is responsible for the execution and end result of various types of banquet and meeting functions. This role leads other colleagues by coaching, giving direction, upholding the hotel's standards and goals, and may include training and scheduling. They are the onsite point of contact for the meeting planner/client for their functions and responsible for making the function space visually appealing and presenting the menu offering for the event. Other duties include general banquet preparation including linen and table setting, food station design, beverage service, cashiering room refreshes, overseeing event setup and room sets, and maintaining a sanitary environment.
