About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Event Service Manager to oversee all aspects of event operations and back-of-house logistics. This role is integral in delivering seamless, wellness-aligned events and experiences in collaboration with multiple departments.

What We're Looking For:
An organized, service-driven professional with strong leadership skills and a proven background in event planning, service execution, and back-of-house operations within luxury hospitality. The ideal candidate is guest-focused, collaborative, and thrives in a fast-paced, pre-opening environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, organize, and execute events, retreats, and group programs in line with Miraval's standards.
Manage logistics, floor plans, staff assignments, and equipment setup for events.
Coordinate with Culinary, Wellness, Housekeeping, and Front Office teams to ensure smooth execution.
Maintain high service standards and attention to detail in all areas of event delivery.
Lead and train the event service team to exceed guest expectations.
Oversee inventory, maintenance, and cleanliness of event service equipment and spaces.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and operational guidelines.

Qualifications

Diploma or university degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in events or banquet service management, preferably in a luxury resort or wellness setting.
Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Proficiency in event planning software, Microsoft Office, and operational tools.
