EVENT SALES MANAGER
The Event Sales Manager will be reporting to the Associate Director of Events. Responsible to ensure the related revenue is maximized in the most profitable way in line with the agreed targets in line with the respective Corporate Strategy, and that the Hotel Actions have been implemented where appropriate.
Qualifications
• A university Degree or Diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management
• Minimum 2 years of experience in similar role, with a strong advantage for candidates experienced managing weddings and social events
• Good operational and administrative are a must
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
• Goal-oriented with a proactive sales approach
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and internal teams.
