The Role
The Event Planning Manager's primary focus is servicing rooms only bookings. This position acts as the liaison between Planners and the hotel staff. Responsibilities include administering the Sales agreement, managing room blocks and pick up, billing instructions, and final review. Event Planning Managers also are the on-site contacts and are responsible for the smooth execution of all Groups.
The Event Planning Manager is the primary point of contact for groups during the planning, event, and post event phase. All responsibilities include hosting site inspections, maintaining strong customer relationships, and work as a partner member with the F&B, restaurant and bar Operator. This role is responsible for associated tasks post group departure such as processing commissions, actualizing bookings and ensuring our internal sales system reflects accurate information - including billing. The ideal candidate will demonstrate initiative and problem-solving skills on assignments.
This is an on-site position with the ability of one day remote after an initial 90-day probationary period based on performance.

Compensation
The anticipated compensation range is $64,350-$86,600. The wage offered to a successful candidate will depend on several factors, including but not limited to years of experience within the job, years of experience within the required industry, education, etc.
