Starting Rate is $19.50/hour
The Event Coordinator/Concierge must be a highly motivated individual who is eager and ready to accept additional responsibilities when needed. This positionwill be responsible but not limited to providing administrative support to and working closely with the Event Managers. Duties of this position include but are not limited to working directly with clients and planning and detailing of events, coordinating with internal operations in preparations for groups. This position will also act as the liaison between the Events Department and the on-site contact both in the pre-planning and event stage. The ideal candidate has a friendly demeanor, prior hotel or event experience, the ability to learn new computer programs, can multitask and complete projects in a timely manner. This person should demonstrate exceptional customer service and problem solving skills. Organizational skills, computer proficiency, and communication skills are a must.
