Job Overview

An Engineering Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining calendars/meeting schedules and travel plans for managers within their department. They will be responsible for managing the payroll process for their department to include updating weekly schedules for the team. This position will be responsible for creating new vendor contracts and monitoring expiration dates of current contracts. The Engineering Coordinator will be responsible for dept account invoicing and payment requests, maintaining department inventory and office supplies, purchase orders, and various administrative duties.

Wage Information:

The salary range for this position is $21.00 to $27.30. Decisions regarding individual salaries will be based on a number of factors, including experience, qualifications and education.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalency preferred.
• Higher level of training preferred.
• Organizational skills, computer proficiency, and communication skills are a must.
• Ability to follow all safety procedures/standards are able to recognize and act in emergency situations.
