Role

The Human Resources Coordinator (part-time) will help greet all visitors, colleagues, and applicants while maintaining the daily administrative function of a highly active Human Resources office. Responsibilities will include receiving incoming calls and walk-in inquiries, colleague onboarding, maintaining employee files, coordination and planning of colleague relations and community events, and other administrative responsibilities. This person will support all colleagues with their day-to-day Human Resources needs.

Qualifications

• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
• Candidates fluent in Spanish preferred
• Refined verbal and written communication skills
• Must be proficient in general computer knowledge, including Microsoft Office and Canva
• Ability to handle confidential information in professional manner
• Must possess a high-level of urgency and initiative
• Strong ability to multi-task and work well in an environment subject to changing priorities and demands
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to communicate with all levels in the organization
• Demonstrate ability to be a team player with a positive attitude
• Monday, Wednesday, and Friday availability required
