Description
You will be responsible for driving revenue growth by developing and executing strategic sales plans for the corporate segment. This role focuses on building strong relationships with corporate clients, securing long-term business partnerships and positioning Hyatt Regency Kuala Lumpur at KL Midtown as the preferred hotel for corporate travelers, meetings and events. Your key responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies to maximize revenue from the corporate segment, identifying new business opportunities and establishing long-term partnerships with key corporate clients, managing corporate accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention, negotiating contracts and corporate rate agreements in alignment with hotel revenue goals, collaborating with the revenue management team to optimize pricing strategies, working closely with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns targeting corporate clients, conducing regular market research to ahead of industry trends and competitor activities, representing the hotel at corporate networking events, trade shows and business forums, providing leadership and mentorship to the sales team to achieve revenue targets.
Qualifications
• Diploma or Degree in Marketing or Hospitality/Tourism Management.
• A minimum of 5 years corporate sales experience in the hospitality industry and preferably with an international hotel brand.
• Strong network and understanding of corporate travel, MICE and business travel trends.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, ability to inspire and motivate sales teams to meet and exceed goals.
