We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Director of Sales and Marketing to spearhead our efforts in driving business growth and achieving strategic objectives. This leadership role combines strategic thinking, analytical prowess, and a deep understanding of sales and marketing dynamics.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue growth and strengthen brand positioning.
Lead sales and marketing teams to deliver measurable results.
Build and maintain strong relationships with top industry producers and stakeholders.
Leverage digital marketing, CRM systems, and data analytics tools to optimize strategies.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales and marketing initiatives.

Candidate Profile:

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
8+ years of leadership experience in sales and marketing, with a track record of success in driving results.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
An analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Proven experience as a Director of Sales and Marketing (DOSM), preferably with expertise in residential sales.
An extensive network of industry connections and stakeholders.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
