Description
As part of the first Park Hyatt in Mexico, you will maximize overall hotel revenue for rooms through the implementation of effective pricing and distribution strategies in large hotels. Outperform direct competitors by gaining market share with a reasonable and competitive pricing, distribution strategy, supported by targeted marketing, and careful hotel inventory management to maximize revenue and net profit performance.
Manage and oversee revenue management analysis functions to produce reports that support evaluating Hotel business strategies.
Provide guidance and support to sales and marketing initiatives that are targeted to meet the needs of the Hotel.
Produce accurate revenue forecasts that assist in setting goals.
Leadership qualities to act as a mentor in developing and guiding department team members such as revenue analysts, managers, supervisors and reservation agents.
Financial Responsibility:
1. Will analyze the Hotel's current revenue generation trends in order to identify critical areas for revenue improvement
2. Will assist the Leadership Committee in developing integrated solutions that will enable the Hotel to leverage increased profitability through "Smart Business" and revenue management practices, focusing on revenue engineering, primarily for the Rooms Division department and other profit centers for the Hotel, such as Food & Beverage.
3. Will actively participate in the formulation and presentation of the Annual Business Plan.
4. Will assist in improving efficiency in cost control.
5. Assist in monthly and weekly RE-FORECASTING.
6. It will help in cost management for better performance.
Qualifications
3 to 5 years of experience in a directive position
Advanced English
Bachelor's degree
Experience in luxury hotels
Strong communication and presentation skills at all levels of management.
