About the role

Supporting the General Manager, this role requires a dynamic and confident leadership style to help unfold a guest journey of rare and intimate experiences and a dedication to ensure our care becomes action.

As Director of Food & Beverage you will lead and support the Food & Beverage operation in the day to day running of the business. This is a practical operational position that requires hands on approach and a good eye for detail.

Some of the responsibilities include:

Leads and supports the Food & beverage outlets ensuring quality guest service is provided and all colleagues demonstrate professional demeanor at all times
Develop systems and processes for effective communications within the Food & Beverage operation, ensuring that colleagues are consulted and involved in decision making, information is relevant, feedback is facilitated
Lead and facilitate team and individual goals in consultation with team members, establish and communicate clear performance indicators, standards, strategies and individual goals.
Responsible for annual budget process and presentation in line with direction from the General Manager and the Director of Food & Beverage
Formulate the Food & Beverage marketing plan to establish a list of activities in line with the compilation of the Annual Business Plan.
Salary Range: 130K - 140K

Qualifications
To be considered for this role the candidate should possess the following:

Relevant degree in Hospitality
Minimum 3 years' experience as a Hotel Director of Food & Beverage or similar
A can-do attitude and strong leadership skills
Highly motivated, solutions-oriented self-starter with adaptable teamwork style
