About the role
In this Leadership Committee role, we are looking for an experienced,dynamic and creative leader who will be responsible for unfolding a guest journey of rare and intimate experiences and a dedication to ensure our purpose of care comes to life in every guest and colleague interaction.
As Director of Food & Beverage you will lead and support the Food & Beverage operation in the day to day running of the business. This is a practical operational position that requires hands on approach, a good eye for detail and a high degree of creativity.
