Director of Sales

Main activities of the position:
•Ability to analyze on various platforms.
•Knowledge of the Baja California Sur destination and market.
•Provide positive feedback to the Sales Department and other Hotel Departments. Recruit, direct, coach and mentor sales team members.
•Review sales channels to ensure congruence with defined strategies.
•Formulate strategies for rate and inventory sales, restrictions and packages to maximise revenue from an optimal rate and occupancy perspective (commercial action plans with ppto and target goals).
•Establish realistic and achievable weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets or objectives (with KPI metrics).
•Management of advertising, public relations and promotional activities.
Qualifications
Requirements.
•English: 100% Professional
• Must have 5 years of experience in sales management positions
• Must have Bachelor's Degree, in Business Administration, Marketing, Tourism or similar
•Availability of time to travel
•Knowledge in platforms such as; Opera, Amadeus, Cibent.
•Microsoft office, Excel, Word, etc.
•Updated Visa
•Management of Digital Marketing, and social media strategies.
