In this role, you will be collaborating closely with the broader global Digital Product team and stakeholders across the business where you'll be instrumental in continuing to make Hyatt a leading hospitality company. The Role
Reporting to the Director of Product Management, the Product Manager leads the development, prioritization, execution, and delivery of Hyatt digital experiences in the native mobile application space. The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing the delivery of enterprise digital products with clear goals and desired outcomes while receiving guidance and coaching from the Director of Product Management. Additional responsibilities include:
•Develop, prioritize, and execute a strategic, data-driven roadmap for the native World of Hyatt Mobile Application, focused on the property and in-stay guest experience.
•Lead day-to-day product management activities in partnership with teammates in Engineering, Design, Analytics, Marketing, and Operational roles
•Write agile user epics and stories that break down complex experiences into tactical steps to build digital products iteratively
•Maintain and enhance existing digital product(s) to maximize opportunity, deliver long-term value, and be a good product steward
•Measure and report on product performance (both quantitative and qualitative)
•Identify, research, and socialize data-driven insights, making sound data-driven feature/functionality decisions.
•Communicate product strategy and development updates to Digital leadership and other stakeholders throughout the company
•Work closely with business stakeholders to align product strategy to business goals
•Opportunities to participate in Hyatt's Diversity & Inclusion activities
Qualifications
Experience Required:
•5+ years of experience in Digital Product Management, or other equivalent business/function role
Experience Preferred:
•Bachelor's degree or other equivalent work experience
•Proficient digital background, with prior experience delivering and managing enterprise-level products
•Comfortable managing discussions with business stakeholders and technical resources
•Experience working with cross-functional Agile teams
•Experience with digital product management systems such as JIRA, Adobe Analytics, Splunk
•Experience in hospitality and/or native applications is a plus
