Description
As our Digital Revenue Coordinator, you'll be the creative force behind our digital & distribution presence. From curating eye-catching content to running engaging campaigns, you there to ensure our story is heard across all platforms.
You will work closely with other departments, such as operations, sales, revenue, F&B, and marketing, and contribute to the overall success of hotel's digital marketing initiatives.
Support the Marketing & Revenue team in driving direct bookings through brand.com; create and manage campaigns across all channels, including but not limited to SEO, pay-per-click (PPC), metasearch, display, social media, and email marketing efforts.
Update and maintain websites and micro-sites.
Oversee online listings and engage with guest feedback, building strong, positive connections through reputation platforms
Work closely with internal teams & external partners to ensure campaign KPIs are achieved
Stay in the loop with the latest digital trends and fresh ideas to enhance our strategies.
Responsible to support the Revenue Manager to help meet the electronic distribution strategies of the hotel in the area by extracting, compiling and running monthly reports
Run the rate and availability parity report on a daily basis as set out in the E-Distribution and Revenue Management Standards using the Lighthouse reporting tool
Assist in RFP submissions, ensure proper content, rate description and availability of rate on all channels, as well the connectivity with GDS
Conduct rates and content audits on contracted OTA's, hotel brand websites, and GDS screens in terms of search criteria, rate sequencing, rate descriptions, and images
To assist with relevant branding initiatives for the distribution systems while maintaining the standards
Conduct monthly audits for the visibility of the hotels on GDS, Consortia, and OTAs
Conduct monthly audits for the visibility of pricing for 365 days
Qualifications
A digital enthusiast with 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing (hospitality experience is a bonus!).
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, Metasearch, display, social media & email marketing, and paid advertising.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
