What We're Looking For:

We are on the hunt for a passionate Demi Chef de Partie to join our culinary team. You'll work closely with our talented chefs to prepare innovative dishes that delight and inspire our guests.

Your Role at Andaz:

• Be a key member of our kitchen team, assisting in the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes.
• Demonstrate creativity and passion while ensuring consistency and quality in every dish you prepare.
• Manage your section efficiently, ensuring the highest standards of hygiene and safety are maintained.
• Work closely with the Chef de Partie to refine your skills and contribute to the overall success of the team.
• Supervise and Mentor Junior Staff: Guide and lead trainees and commis chefs, providing training and support to ensure they develop their skills and knowledge in the kitchen.
• Play an active role in training and mentoring junior team members to help them grow and succeed.

What We Need from You:

• At least 1 year of experience working as a Commis Chef or in a similar role.
• A love for creative and modern cuisine with a willingness to learn and grow.
• A hands-on approach and the ability to work well in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• A team player with a passion for delivering exceptional quality.
• Knowledge of HACCP guidelines and food safety standards.
• Fluent in English, and Dutch is a plus.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Legally allowed to work in the Netherlands (EU/EEA passport or valid work permit).
