Position Summary
The Culinary Receiver receives and stores all food items in the kitchens, assists on food inventory control, food ordering and food quality management. The Culinary Receiver will also help receive goods from vendors and stocks items within the storeroom.The Culinary Receiver performs routine manual and clerical duties for the Purchasing Department. This person will be responsible for the logging, releasing and inventorying items in the Storeroom area. This person must be able to lift moderate to heavy amounts of weight (25 to 200lbs) and possess basic computer skills (MS Word and MS Excel).
