The Pastry Cook 3 should be comfortable in a fast-paced kitchen and passionate to learn, grow, and inspire others in the world of baking and pastry. This Advanced Pastry Cook positionrequires good communication and preferably 2-3 years of Pastry experience to cover intermediate and advanced baking and culinary skills. A Culinary degree or related hotel experience preferred. Candidates should be comfortable in producing at a high volume level in a safe and efficient manner, and capable of producing a consistent product that meets and exceeds guests needs in a timely manner. The Pastry Cook 3 should be flexible to work in an ever-changing operation across the Hyatt Regency Seattle, and excited to also support the Pastry team at the Hyatt at Olive 8. The hourly rate range for this position is $28.85/hour to $29.43/hour. The starting rate for this position is $28.85/hour. This position also has an established rate for colleagues who have remained in the position for four years or more with Hyatt, which is currently $29.43/hour.
