The Culinary Lead will direct and oversee line level colleagues on culinary tasks and performances, check quality of finished food products, and ensure efficient preparation methods and procedures. This position supports the Sous Chef in the kitchen's operation and is capable of assuming the responsibility of the kitchen in the absence of the Sous Chef.
