We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic culinary school externs to join our team for a hands-on learning experience. This externship program provides aspiring chefs with the opportunity to gain practical knowledge, refine their culinary techniques, and develop valuable industry connections.

Responsibilities:
• Assist chefs with food preparation, cooking, and plating dishes according to established recipes and standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, including proper storage and handling of ingredients.
• Participate in menu development and culinary projects under the guidance of senior chefs.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient operation during service hours.
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
