PROGRAM OVERVIEW
Corporate Leadership Training (CLT) is one of our fundamental programs that prepare our emerging talent to become the future leaders of the company. Our objective is for CLT graduates to advance their skills, knowledge and abilities to become Leadership Committee Members in 5 to 8 years subject to mobility, performance and leadership potential.
Our purpose of caring for people to be their best serves as our North Star in the design of the CLT experience. No two programs will look the same as we tailor the learning experience to complement existing skills and nurture areas for development.
Qualifications
Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
Good customer service, communications and interpersonal skills are preferable.
