Join us for this incredible opportunity at Hyatt Regency Dallas, which is located downtown next to the iconic Reunion Tower. The Cook II actively handles the preparation of braised food, grilling, broiling, blanching, cooking, and sauté items. Candidate should have professional knowledge of cooking ingredients and procedures, and should be able to work single-stations in the kitchen. Additional responsibilities include preparing daily specials, checking the quality of finished food products, ensuring efficient preparation methods and procedures on a daily basis, receiving products from the storeroom, and supporting Cook 1's training and development. This is an advantageous opportunity if you desire to pursue a professional career and leadership roles in the Culinary Industry!
