Starting Salary:
Starting salary range is $26.00 - $28.50 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications, subject to culinary cooking test.

Qualifications:
Our Full-Time Blue Duck Tavern and Banquet cookswill work various stations in the kitchen and have significant supervision and training. This is a fast-paced position requiring the ability to multi-task while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and also take direction in a high-performance environment.
• At least 2 years of previous line experience required
• Prior fine dining experience required
• Culinary degree or related hotel experience
• Ability to perform all basic cooking skills, including presentation techniques
• Refined verbal communication skills
• Ability to work single station in the kitchen
• Strong customer service and teamwork skills
• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Must have full time availability, including weekdays, weekends, holidays
