A Blue Duck Tavern cookrequires good communication and culinary skills. The desired cook candidate will have hotel cooking experience and a culinary degree. Ideal candidate should have a professional knowledge of cooking ingredients and procedures. This position will work single stations and/or complete prep for and require significant supervision and training.
