The Cook 2- Intermediate Linerequires good communication and culinary skills. Intermediate cook will work single stations in the kitchen and possess a solid foundation in the fundamentals of cooking. An extensive knowledge of cold foods is a plus, as among other culinary duties, this cook may be responsible for the preparation and production of various cold menu items such as salads, sandwiches and other cold dishes.
Open availability including evening and weekends is required for this role. Previous hotel cooking experience and a culinary degree is preferred, but not required.
