The Cook 2 role focuses on supporting the kitchen team by preparing high-quality dishes while ensuring consistency and efficiency. • A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills required
• 1-2 years of prior experience in basic cooking or food preparation preferred
• Able to work a station with supervision and assist in multiple stations as needed
• Culinary degree or related hotel experience is a plus but not required
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to lift, push, and pull moderate weight, up to 50 lbs
• Ability to work varied schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays
