THE ROLE:
The Cook 2 at Park Hyatt Chicago, plays a key role in delivering exceptional culinary experiences within a world-renowned kitchen. As a mid-level culinary professional, you will work alongside a talented team of chefs and cooks, executing high-quality dishes while contributing to the daily operations of a fast-paced, luxury environment. Your responsibilities will include overseeing multiple cooking stations, preparing gourmet dishes with precision, and maintaining the exceptional standards that NoMI is known for.
