Conciergesare responsible for answering questions, giving direction and making detailed reservations or recommendations. This position requires knowledge of hotel services, local events and venues and transportation options. This offers the opportunity to engage in casual conversation and to indulge special requests.

The wage range for this opportunity is $21.72 to $22.31per hour. This is the hourly pay rate for this position at Ventana Big Sur, and Alila Resort reasonably expects to pay.Decisions regarding individual salaries will be based on a number of factor including experience, and training levels.Alila Ventana Big Sur is an all-inclusive resort which means select positions such as this are eligible to receive a service charge payout ranging from $300-$500 per week*subject to change based on business levels.

Qualifications

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, and weekends
• Create memorable experiences with a warm, welcoming personality that can relate to guests and
  associates
• Previous experience passionately providing service to others and providing administrative support in a team oriented environment, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
• General knowledge of the Big Sur area, and all it has to offer desired.
