Join us for this incredible opportunity at Hyatt Regency Dallas, which is located downtown next to the iconic Reunion Tower. The Communications Center Specialist is at the heart of the hotel and plays a pivotal role in shaping the guest experience. This position is responsible for responding to all incoming calls to the hotel (internal and external), with a primary focus on taking room service orders. The Communication Center Associate must excel at handling a high volume of calls, including responding to guest requests, providing hotel information and ensuring every room service order is accurate and delivered on time. Work collaboratively with the Room Service team to provide the best possible service to our guests.
Successful candidates must display exceptional customer service with professional and strong communication, maintain a positive demeanor, and demonstrate the ability to collaborate effectively with other hotel departments.
