THE ROLE:
The Communications Center Agent plays a pivotal role in facilitating seamless communication between our guests and the hotel's various departments. This position requires adept management of incoming calls, exceptional typing skills, and a professional telephone demeanor. The agent must handle a high volume of calls efficiently, maintaining a courteous and polished manner. A thorough understanding of luxury service standards and attention to detail are essential, as the role involves addressing guest inquiries with precision and grace while upholding the highest level of professionalism.
COMPENSATION:
The hourly rate for this role is set at $26.00.
