Your Tasks

• Lead the hotel's Accounting/Finance Department
• Report directly to the General Manager
• Present budgets to the property owner and corporate headquarters
• Prepare reports, statistics, and financial analyses
• Oversee monthly and annual financial closing
• Coordinate the budgeting and forecasting process
• Supervise accounts payable and receivable
• Review and approve invoices
• Keep risks in focus; prepare risk reports and conduct related reporting
• Work closely with the Financial Shared Services Center
• Skillfully lead and motivate your team

• You speak excellent German and have very good English skills, both written and spoken; additional languages are a plus
• You have experience as a Director of Finance in the international luxury hospitality sector
• You are a strong leader who inspires, motivates, and drives change
• You serve as a mentor and role model for all team members
• You bring a hands-on mentality, a confident presence, and the ability to energize those around you
• You have a high degree of business acumen, strategic planning skills, and the energy to improve profitability
• You are a team player with a high level of adaptability and flexibility

• The minimum monthly gross salary for this position under the collective agreement is €2,597. However, we guarantee a salary that reflects your experience and qualifications.
