About the Role:
As a Chef de Partie at Grand Hyatt Barcelona, you will be responsible for driving maximum guest satisfaction by ensuring the highest quality of food production and service. You will manage your kitchen section, ensuring compliance with hotel standards, maintaining food quality, controlling inventory, and supporting the team to achieve operational excellence.

You will supervise the preparation and presentation of dishes, monitor product quality, and collaborate actively with colleagues to ensure smooth kitchen operations. A commitment to hygiene, safety standards, and continuous improvement is essential, along with fostering a positive and cooperative working environment.

Technical knowledge of kitchen operations and culinary production processes.
Strong understanding and compliance with hygiene and food safety standards (HACCP).
Ability to organize production, control raw material quality, and supervise food preparation and storage processes.
Proactive, flexible, creative, and committed to quality and continuous improvement.
Strong teamwork skills and ability to maintain a positive work environment.
Spanish speaking, minimum B2 level. English proficiency is valued.
Proficiency in basic office software (Office package).
Higher Degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent training.
