Using fresh, locally sourced ingredients, our team will work with the guests to create the perfect menu to satisfy the cravings and dietary needs of the San Francisco event's attendees.
We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Chef de Partie with a focus on banquet operations to join our culinary team at Grand Hyatt at SFO. In this role, you will oversee a designated section of the kitchen during banquet events, ensuring the delivery of high-quality food in a timely manner for large groups of guests. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a banquet or large-scale catering environment and will excel in a high-pressure, fast-paced setting.
