Business Development Manager - France, Italy, Benelux, Scandinavia
As our Business Development Manager, you'll take the lead in expanding our presence across key European markets-France, Italy, Benelux, and Scandinavia. Representing Hyatt's all-inclusive portfolio, you will drive strategic sales initiatives, foster valuable partnerships, and boost revenue through strong industry relationships. This role is ideal for a dynamic, results-driven individual with deep market knowledge and a passion for hospitality and travel.
Your Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute a robust business development strategy to increase brand visibility and bookings across assigned markets.
• Identify and pursue new opportunities in the leisure, corporate, and group travel sectors.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with travel agents, tour operators, corporate accounts, and other strategic partners.
• Lead impactful sales presentations, training sessions, and FAM (familiarization) trips.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to adapt strategies and maintain a competitive advantage.
• Meet or exceed sales targets through tailored packages, offers, and promotional campaigns.
• Report on sales performance, KPIs, and market insights to senior leadership.
• Represent Hyatt All-Inclusive Hotels at trade shows, industry events, and networking functions.
• Collaborate with global sales and marketing teams to ensure regional alignment with overall brand strategy.
• Act as a brand ambassador, showcasing the value and experience of the all-inclusive product offering.
